The MR10 is one of the most iconic chairs from the Bauhaus period and was designed in 1927 by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. The chair is a textbook example of modernist design: elegant, constructive and innovative. The chromed steel tube in combination with the woven cane gives this chair a light, floating appearance.
Thanks to its cantilever design without rear legs, the MR10 offers a surprisingly comfortable seat, with the suspension of the frame contributing to the seating comfort. This chair looks great at a dining table, in a reading corner or as a statement piece in a modern interior.
