Can I view the product before purchasing?

Absolutely! You’re very welcome to visit our location and see the item in person first. We work by appointment, so just send us an email or give us a call at +31 6 1000 28 28 to schedule a time. That way, you’ll know exactly what to expect before placing your order.

Can I return a product?

All sales are final, and we do not offer returns. That’s why we recommend taking a close look at the photos, description, and condition of the item beforehand. Our collection consists of carefully curated second-hand pieces. Each item is unique and has its own story – and with that, some signs of previous use. We do our best to present each piece as clearly and honestly as possible.

Why can’t some items be shipped?

Shipping is disabled for certain items by default. These are often fragile or oversized pieces that are difficult to ship safely.

How does item pickup work?

After placing your order, we’ll get in touch to schedule a pickup time at our Amsterdam location.


Make sure to check the dimensions of the item in advance to ensure it fits in your car. We also recommend bringing something to protect your purchase during transport – like a blanket or some bubble wrap – so your new find gets home safely.


Our location in Amsterdam is just outside the city ring, making it easy to reach by car. Parking is paid, but the rate is low.

There’s always someone from our team on-site to assist you – especially with larger pieces. We’re happy to help load your item securely into your vehicle.

Can I get an invoice with VAT?

Our products are sold under the margin scheme. This means VAT is not itemized on the invoice and is not deductible for business customers. This is standard practice for second-hand goods. Of course, you’ll still receive a proper invoice for your purchase.

If you do require a VAT invoice, please contact us before placing your order. Keep in mind that VAT will be added on top of the listed price in that case.
